Traditional and master medical programs such as Tricare and Golden Rule

At this time we do not participate with any HMO's, Blue Care Network, Cigna or Aetna.  These patients would pay cash.

Co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of the visit. We accept cash, check and credit card payments.
